Through my own journey of self- awareness, I discovered my deep interest for stress-free living. I questioned if it was possible to have manageable stress? Delving into the science and theories of psychotherapy, I began to apply the practice of mindfulness. Now, I am fully convinced of its merits in helping us mediate how stress affects our physical, mental and emotional state.
